My experience as a practitioner has enabled me to serve my community working with adults and children across a diverse clientele population. I manage my professional time working in a variety of professional counseling settings. I work as the Clinical Director of Resilient Minds Behavioral Health and Wellness, LLC providing continued support to my staff while also working within my own private practice helping my individual clients address a variety of mental health and wellness goals.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in psychology from Auburn University. In addition to my higher education degrees, I hold a 200-hour yoga instructor certification and was a USAT professional triathlon coach for eleven years. Through an integrative, evidence-based approach, I work with my clients to create their personal preventative mental health plan using a mind-body connection to build self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-love and compassion. Growing up I was always into several different nerdy and fandom-related interests. When I’m not in the therapist’s chair I love reading books, playing video games and TTRPGs, watching historical dramas, visiting the local anime conventions, and spending time with my partner and our dog, Aubrey.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that trauma and systemic oppression often impact our ability to connect with ourselves and the community around us. These experiences may leave us in a wake of confusion, anger, and hopelessness. As your therapist, it is my aim to collaborate with you, the expert of your lived experience, in a compassionate and curious environment. Although the journey of self-improvement is complex and vulnerable, it is my privilege to help meet you where you are and hold the space to facilitate personal growth and discovery.
As your counselor, I will help you navigate your journey towards rediscovering yourself. I use an integrative approach that incorporates the best evidence-based therapeutic practice with your individual needs.
I honor your courage it takes to reach out at any point in your journey. I look forward to working with you as we discover your most fulfilled self!

Sometimes life starts to feel like a loop — the same patterns, the same arguments, the same internal battles. Maybe anxiety is driving your decisions, or your relationships feel more exhausting than supportive. Maybe you’ve been surviving for so long that you've forgotten what it's like to actually live. You’re not alone — and it doesn’t have to stay this way.
My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line. I explored a number of fields before discovering my true calling: helping people create meaningful, lasting change through the therapeutic process. I’ve found nothing more rewarding than walking alongside someone as they begin to reconnect with themselves, build healthier relationships, and break free from cycles they never thought they could escape.

My goal as a therapist is to help you move from just getting by to actually living — with more clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Whether you're facing anxiety, identity questions, communication struggles, or just a deep sense of being stuck, I work collaboratively with you to uncover what’s holding you back and build new tools for change.
I tailor therapy to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Choice Theory. I believe therapy should be practical and validating — a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. We'll work at your pace to help you break old patterns and create the life and relationships you’ve hoped for, even if they’ve felt out of reach until now.

Growing up, I lived on a ranch in Texas, where I trained horses and was a barrel racer, before moving on to cosmetology. I was a barber for 15 years and love the art. I received my Bachelors of Psychology in Austin Texas at St. Edwards University. After moving to Georgia, I completed my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from SNHU. I spend my downtime carving wood, hiking, and spending time with my two 2 dogs, 5 chickens, my fiancée, and 3 kids!

As a compassionate and dedicated therapist, I am committed to supporting individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, including teens, young adults, and older adults. I specialize in addressing trauma, particularly related to self-acceptance. I believe everyone functions optimally within the confines of their current skills and support systems, and I am a steadfast advocate for the potential in every individual to change, grow, and lead happier, more fulfilling lives. I am dedicated to the well-being of each client, providing a safe and supportive space for their therapeutic journey. One of the bravest things you can do is to reach out for help. When you are struggling, it is so easy to feel isolated, but you do not have to walk through this journey alone.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for health care items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing.
You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
